In early 2008, Energy
Contractors of PA, LLC and Energy Contractors of WV, LLC
merged to form a Delaware limited liability corporation: Energy
Contractors, LLC.
Energy Contractors, LLC
provides services to the oil and
gas industry in Pennsylvania,
Tennessee and West Virginia including: fluid management, pipeline
and well servicing, excavation and transportation.
During the first six months of
2008, Energy Contractors acquired Mid-Atlantic Well Service,
a division of Linn Energy; DeBrular Well Service; and
Hayden Excavating.
Seven EC locations in three states
include:
